After a break-up, endless questions, memories, reminders and triggers haunt your life. It hurts and fills every inch of your life, leaving no space for any other thought or action. It is so hard to process, yet you know you have to move on.
Coming on a Healing A Broken Heart Retreat gives you time out from your everyday life. Time away allows you to rebalance yourself, pick up the pieces and begin to heal.
During your retreat, we will talk through what happened, and I will help you understand some of the whys and show you the bigger picture.
Our work may include: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to heal the sadness, anger and other painful feelings. We will also look for hidden gifts from the break-up as well as discovering whether any red flags were ignored. The healing will allow for space to grieve and you will choose a time frame to begin the next chapter of your life
A Couples Retreat allows you to start over from a wiser, more kindly place so your relationship can blossom once more.

The Jasmine House is on the beautiful Isle of Portland in Dorset, overlooking Chesil Beach. The house has a peaceful, calm energy providing an ideal space for healing.
Life coaching and emotional healing retreats can be booked for two-to-four nights with eight-to-twelve hours of one-to-one sessions with me. The most popular is three nights with ten sessions, but choose what feels suitable for you—and that will be the best option.

Retreat Options and costs
As well as your one-to-one healing sessions, you may join me for early morning walks. On on the last evening there is a chance to do meditation. Between our sessions, there is time for reflection, walks and naps, as well as enjoying the beauty of Portland and Chesil Beach. Your stay will be in the delightful Meadow Room.
